Had an awesome few days ice climbing, drinking whisky, free rock climbing, hiking, and general top notch banter. This is me supremely hungover in the Lost Valley (Coire Gabhail), Glencoe. It's a stunning place tucked away in the mountains with a ridge surrounding the entire thing.

You both look like you've done quite a bit of work. I lost 60 pounds a while ago, but unfortunately gained back about 20 of those recently. But I'm going to be going to the gym nearly every day in the future and helping a fried who also wants to lose around 70 to 80 pounds. It's one of the best feelings in the world to lose the weight, but unfortunately you always crave more.
