You should really learn laws and rules. In the war situation i am allowed to carry round in a chamber and finger in the trigger. Althrough makarov is the double action pistol, it's completely safe to carry a bullet in the chamber, you are more pathetic.
And don't worry, i will not shoot my balls. Because i know what i shouldn't do.
Every policeman and bank guards carry the guns with round in the chamber.
But i didn't have access to pistols in army, i was using only Israel assault rifle Galil. I've got pistol licence when i came home from army.
