Whenever I go to a Russian beach in Dubai, people instantly speak Russian to me until I say "I'm sorry but I don't speak Russian" then they look a little shocked
My Russian friends call me "Sacha" as well.

I think it is mostly due to the fact my doctors finally found the correct dosage for my levothyroxine. I have genetic hypothyroidism but now that my thyroid hormone levels are in check I have been able to begin losing weight (The medicine does not make me lose weight, it just makes it so my body does not store too much).
unfortunately every overweight person claims they have a glandular problem so nobody takes it seriously.
