Polinidal Cyst, yup. I had the worst one the surgeon had ever saw, and it's coming back so I'm likely getting another surgery next month. The first one was less than three months ago.

My brother has one, unfortunately it runs in the family. (Hairy Sicilians) My grandpa had one as well. And I think I'm next in line. We have a shitty genome of hairyness, kidney stones, cysts, and shortness. On the bright side, we don't gain weight ever.
