alot of rails like that have a groove through the middle so you can use iron sights.

What gave it away? How tiny the chair is compared to me in the first pic? And I'm actually about 7'4". My father is a horse. The second picture shows me in my custom built Polo, it's proportioned so I can actually fit inside it. It's the only place I feel... normal.
