I understand wanting to keep the length, but you might want to get a hair cut to try and reshape it a bit. Also, with long hair as a male, you probably want to grow some facial hair to go with it. It doesn't even have to be a unix beard, just something on there. It doesn't look bad at the moment, it just makes you look really really feminine due to the shape.
Or you could just go short hair.

I can't really see why people say that you look like a girl. Sure, you have softer facial features, but i wouldn't say they are overwhelmingly feminime. You look great, and the long hair suits you very well.
