doesn't exactly make me cry, but it's still a pretty somber song. The closest I've ever gotten.

I cried the very first time I listened to this song.
Oh, I have some. I love songs that make you cry. They're just beautiful.

In my experience I've only really teared up or cried about songs the first time or first few times I've listened to them, and I was depressed for a long time so it depends what mood you're in really and what you're thinking about.
I'd probably say Imagine by John Lennon for one of them but that was mainly because I realised that such a great man had died for no reason and that his dreams have still yet to come. Hallelujah as performed by Jeff Buckley is also moving especially when thinking about the true meaning of the song, and Against All Odds by Phil Collins is bad after you break up with someone.

A lot of songs are much sadder if you really listen to the lyrics or look up the meanings of them.
Love, Reign O'er Me cover - by Pearl Jam
I think it is a lot more emotional than The Whos version, so much passion and pain is put into it, It makes me even sadder when I watch the movie Reign Over Me.
Creep by Radiohead is kinda sad, reminds me of my shitty relationships.
Tears in Heaven- Eric Clapton. It's is about his 4 year old son Conor. (On 20 March 1991, Conor, who was four years of age, died when he fell from the 53rd-story window of his mother's friend's New York City apartment, landing on the roof of an adjacent four-story building. Clapton's grief was expressed in the song "Tears in Heaven)
That song moved me to tears. A guy performed that at a variety concert at my school last year, and in the entire time, I kept telling myself "don't cry, don't cry, don't cry goddamit you have a reputation".
