He also was a drug user (hence why he was kicked out of metallica) and has probably done all of those at least once.
He was kicked from Metallica from his drug abuse, hardcore drinking, and the fact he frequently fought with other band members. And he electrocuted Ron McGovney by pouring beer down the neck of his bass.
It wouldn't have just been the drugs, because the others probably did a few drugs as well.
