There isn't much for me to tell you that you probably don't already know. The thing you drew is from a Flash game so it wouldn't be easy to replicate the art style with a pencil.

The head is too long and not wide enough as it is in the original which was the main thing, you've penciled in the legs but not the rest of the body so it looks kind of odd in that respect, and the head doesn't really have any depth like it does in the original.
