Can someone do me a favor? I have a spare $5 on an American Express gift card I got for Christmas, and I wanted it to use it to buy Hotline Miami. For some reason the card keeps getting declined, even though I've never had any problems with gift cards on Steam and I know for sure that there's $5 on the card. I'll send out a support ticket but I don't want to miss out on buying the game if Valve takes a few days to respond, so I'd greatly appreciate being gifted the game. I don't know if there's any way to send Steam funds to friends but I'll try and pay you back somehow once the problem is resolved. The card works on Amazon, so I could buy you some cheap $5 game download on there.
