No, dear god not that stuff.
When I first arrived in Middlesbrough I wondered why the hell all these late night fast food places were selling cheeses.
Then I found out what on earth it was, thanks to my morbidly obese housemate and a year later I got the chance to try one.
Now I'm not picky nor am I a gourmet, I happily live off of 17p 2 litre cola and 10 packs of low quality quarter pounders.
But when I tried this the experience was that of eating a deep fried carpet in both texture and taste.
How these alchemists had managed to convert the beloved and halal battery farmed chicken and questionably sourced cheese into the common rug are constantly on my mind when I walk down Linthorpe road.
Maybe I had a bad one, I don't know. But any sort of appeal I once had in the parmo, and late night cheese selling fast food outlets has practically gone.

You had a bad one D: Often they make low quality stuff around boro, the key is finding the right place.
If you ever order from JustEat.com, look up a place called Pizza Castle from Sedgefield. They do the best parmo (if you ever want to give it another chance)

It's all about Kilamanjaros on Middlesbrough high street. It's a shame Mike's Return shut down, I only got one Parmo from them but it was the stuff of heaven. When I returned a month later they were shut down for renovations and hadn't opened a year later.

Always nice to have bacon and eggs, but the key to true enjoyment is having them done just right. Personally, I like my eggs over-medium, where the white is solid and the yolk is somewhere between runny and solid, while the bacon needs to be crispy with a bit of crunch, but not too much otherwise it ends up dry.
Throw in some sausages and white toast, and that's essentially what I have for brunch every Monday afternoon.
I don't know if I just like to torture myself, but I'm not able to eat for 24 hours. It's the 20th hour and I'm in this thread.
I'm fucking dying guys.
I've been craving hash browns like a motherfucker lately...
