It looks like a boob if you cross your eyes.
I see these by going close to the screen and focusing on a reflection of a light and then move my eyes to the center of the image and then try to focus carefully without moving my eyes.
I don't see shit.

If you don't already know, which you probably do, your eyes are usually focused on one point at any given time, and thus are slightly crossed depending how far away it is from you. So, the point of these is to unfocus your eyes from that point and let them both look straight forward.

For those of you who don't know how to see magic eye pictures, you have to stare "past" the picture. The best way I can describe it is when you're reading a book and you loose focus of the page by focusing "past" the words. It's like you're looking at a distance rather than the screen.

Actually, the armor seen in the FO3 pic is that armored vault armor, but the Leather Armor in the FO series pays homage to Mad Max (The leather outfits being very similar).
