Thankfully, we got Final Fantasy Type-0 and Tales of Zestiria (despite incessant complaints about FFXIII and RoI respectively) so perhaps NIS can finally start looking like the bad guys instead of the people complaining about bad ports from Japanese developers.

People who are complacent with something that doesn't work properly, or an inconvenience that shouldn't be. For example, my mom has her own website for her business. The website lists workshop days that people can sign up for. It's all managed by Wordpress, so changing articles and information shouldn't be such a huge issue. But the homepage doesn't parse the fucking articles for the headlines, so whenever a headline is changed or added she has to PAY the website developer for changing the main page. Being complacent starves your ability to make your life easier.
