The snow here, after the ploughs have been through the roads, forms walls of snow along the roads, metre-high at some places, even more. One of the paths into the parking lot is completely blocked, as is one of the paths to the apartment block. After a partial melting, then freezing over and further snowfall, there's this solid base of snow on the ground with not enough grit, covered by powdery snow. So basically, you could be walking down a path, misplace your foot and slide your ass all the way down that path. 'Tis awesome, much better than last year's "winter".
