Tastes amazing, so far... I'm waiting for it to settle. It was hard because I didn't have a candy themometer and had to judge/guess the temperature of the syrup boiling with my finger/watching the steam.

Actually, it's starting to harden up in the moulds so I did something right.

There's like three jugs of syrup here and I could totally make "artisan home made maple syrup candies" and sell them for $3 a piece.
