That's pretty ideal really, especially if you don't do sports very often
[del]i don't wait what do you mean by ideal, exactly?[/del] nevermind it's an ok heart rate
Around 100 It's twice as high when I'm worked up
That's frank tachycardia, and it may mean heart disease. Get it checked out.
84-90. I smoke and don't exercise as much as I'd like to, surprised it isn't higher tbh. I did just have a fag a minute ago so would that increase or decrease it? Also probably worth mentioning I had a strong coffee around 45 mins ago
Yeah having sex increases your heart rate.
Practically walked into that one. Okay, I "smoked a cigarette"
That's frank tachycardia, and it may mean heart disease. Get it checked out.
Maybe it is, my sleep is also bad because my heart pounds like crazy when I try to relax (I also have tinnitus on top of that)
I'm an active cyclist so that might explain why my rate is closer to 50 than 60. Doctors have also mentioned that my heart is "that of an athlete's" on a couple of occasions

Basically, an hour's regular aerobic exercise (like cycling) is enough to lower one's heart rate if done long-term in any individual.
72, but i don't exercise much.
Mine is actually spot on 60 :v

But yeah, I figured something like that based on your heart rate.
48, I'm not sure if it's entirely accurate because I've been ill this week and haven't exercised since like Thursday
90ish
~71½
Did 3 tests and got low 70s each time. I would have expected it to be worse considering I'm a lazy slob.
74 I think that's decent for someone who hasn't exercised since the dinosaurs kicked it.
105... I guess that's what no exercise for 7 months will do to you! (Im not fat, just unfit)
High heart rate isn't from not exercising. A low one is contributed to it, but higher BPMs are more associated with arrhythmia disorders, and some diseases more often than just being over-weight. Go to your doctor, a resting heart-rate of 105 is really shitty. And to anyone else, if you're resting above 100, you got a problem. Normal vital ranges are 60-100 BPM, 12-20 respirations, 120/80. If you're deviating drastically from that/near the high end of the parameters, check yourself, being on the low end isn't as big of a deal, unless you're about to die, but an extreme low shouldn't be ignored. BP in the 40s might be a red flag, and any respirations below 8 is bad,the high number on BP (systolic) shouldn't drop below 100, and the low shouldn't be below 50. Mine is around 58,10RR, 114/72 I consider myself a lazy fat-ass, at spending 5 days a week in the gym, running 8 miles a week. But my idea of being fit, is running 30+ miles a week, and lifting 7 days a week. Funny how your perception of fitness changes.
Show off some more, mate. Resting rate 55bpm
69. Not even joking.
66 and all I do is smoke and drink.

Doctors have also mentioned that my heart is "that of an athlete's" on a couple of occasions
I really gotta fix my bike and start riding again, mine is almost 80 now. Don't really know why I stopped riding, I used to ride like 20 miles to the beach routinely. :c
Mine's around 70-80, but on the other hand my max pulse is just a hair over 230.
78. Is this good? I don't exercise as much as I should.
78. Is this good? I don't exercise as much as I should.
I wish mine was 78. Mines 90ish while resting, when i am exercising its way too high..

51 bpm
105... I guess that's what no exercise for 7 months will do to you! (Im not fat, just unfit)
fucking go to a doctor now, that's not being fat/unfit.
60ish I go the the gym about 3 times a week.
Mines 60 flat right now, but I just ate so it's probably a bit faster than normal.
