It's too late to go to the local store and since I live in the middle of nowhere, I'm pop-screwed. This thread made me want every poptart imaginable, fuck all of you.
Some of the exotic flavors are alright occasionally, but most poptarts are just a bland glut of calories.
-Hot fudge sundae
-Chocolate Chip Cookie Douge
-Cinnamon Roll
-Cookies & Creme
-Smores
-Brown Sugar
These six are all you need.

in all seriousnesss though, the chocolate vanilla creme / cookies & creme ones are the best
I love pop tarts. I love Indian curries even more. But this... I have never felt so violated in my entire life to have seen this.

Bland? Fuck off. Maybe if you don't toast the fuckers. And the calories are a small sacrifice to pay for the best thing to have ever come out of America.

I had these a while back and they were mehhh
As an adult I occasionally still buy Pop Tarts if they are on sale. I guess I'm "old" as I personally prefer frosted blueberry and/or frosted strawberry. Then again for whatever reason the stores near me only seem to carry blueberry, cherry, strawberry and occasionally a "fad" flavor, though the last one I've personally seen was I believe watermelon.
The last time I had something watermelon flavored that wasn't a beverage, candy or actual watermelon was however long ago Dunkin' Donuts had a watermelon doughnut. One bite made me violently vomit. As such I'd advise against watermelon Pop Tarts by principal.
whenever i buy pop tarts i end up just eating them all in an incredibly shamefully short period of time
[editline]13th February 2017[/editline]
plus the tesco by me only has like strawberry and chocolate
Pop tarts are way too sweet for my taste buds.
Too sweet then, too sweet now.
I can never love pop tarts.

tbh this is the best flavor of poptart I've had to date. they're actually pretty great, at least while they last.
Right now I'm trying the two Dunkin Donut flavors they have and they're pretty good. Likewise, the A&W one makes me want to spew chunks into a sink. Anyone got any recommendations or suggestions?
I tried those Root Beer ones for a laugh and I don't think they're terrible, but I think they could have made something else that was more interesting. It's like some goofy dessert food.
Also I don't think you can use "likewise" that way.

No Choc. fudge ones in here? What the fuck? Clearly this is the king of flavors, 2nd place being wild berry!
It finally makes sense why America has such a high childhood obesity rate.
It finally makes sense why America has such a high childhood obesity rate.
As an American, I can agree on one thing here: I don't care if poptarts are marketed as a breakfast item, it is far from a proper breakfast. This is as dessert as it gets.
It finally makes sense why America has such a high childhood obesity rate.
Oh this isn't even the half of it. We love to put sugar in EVERYTHING for no real apparent reason. There are a bunch of things I prefer home made just because the home made version doesn't have assloads of sugar in it. Spaghetti sauce is one of the worst offenders.
Anyone remember the frozen ones?
yeah you put them in the freezer

this guy. this guy gets it.
Chocolate Fudge is orgasmic - but you definitely need milk or it'll be like choking down a ball of delicious mud.

Holy shit, I'm surprised how knowledgeable people are about poptarts.
You're supposed to freeze them and/or heat them up? I've always ate them straight out of the wrapper. I don't know if I was missing much or not but I do know if you take two out of the wrapper and put a scoop of ice cream in the middle, it's damn delicious.

Chocolate fudge has always been my favorite to either toast or freeze. Toasting seems obvious since you get melted fudge but freezing the is pretty good which surprised me when I first tried it.

TBH I almost lived on these as a kid and never had any weight issues. But then again this was during the mid 90s and I hadn't really gotten into video games yet so I spent a lot of time actually being somewhat active while also having very limited access to soda (even then I was only allowed to drink Sprite).

I personally microwave mine. IMO, it's better than the toaster. Makes the fudge ones so gooey.

Microwave this and it's the best one by far.

poop-tarts like these should be bannable
Here we only have the classic chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavors
Guys. Give me an answer I'm at the shops and I've just seen pop tarts for the first time in my life.
Strawberry or chocolate.
chocolate all the way
The strawberry ones are trash.
Why would you freeze poptarts
You guys are lucky down south, here in Canada we only got chocolate, strawberry and blueberry flavor :(

Do they at least have icing though?
Eating a poptart without icing is a fate worse than hell.
Not gonna lie, I only eat plain pop tarts
Poptarts... a taste so shitty we even have to ice the exterior which protects an icing interior.
