I think this would explain a lot of my AR-15. I am part of this group.

Yeah, but its just that it gets sort of tedious with just AR-15's all the time. I would atleast love to see you put in as much work into a railgun or something as you do with your AR-15's.

I only do realistic builds. I hope y'all understand. And I have this whole "fictional world" thing with parts commonality. So that's why I've been using the same basic gas and barrel system for forever.

1. Adaptable
-Upper receivers exist that convert a AR-15 lower into .50 BMG rifles, belt fed shotguns, etc.
2. Accurate
-Competition AR-15's achieve 0.5 MOA or better with match grade ammunition.

1. I bet you could do that with many more weapons. It's just that AR15 is used by the US military and thus people make more stuff to it. It's like with the iPod. More use it, so they make more accessories for it.

Well, to be fair, I was raised on the AR-15 design, and I'm not too fond of the AK's floppiness. But both designs have been built for over 60 years, sooo.
