Honestly, I think you should stay off the realistic-looking style with all the shading and stuff. Just try to be creative, instead of using the left side of your brain

why not just make simpler guns. i don't want to toot my own trumpet but take a look at my stuff, for the most part it's all pretty simplistic or doesn't have fuckloads of tactic00l attachments!!

Just because a gun has rails, an RDS and details present on real guns doesn't make it tacticool.

You need to be able to take critique and realize that not all think the way you think. On Flickr PMG people are more afraid to speak if they think something is bad, if it ain't a newb, than the people here are.

At what point did I call your finished product bad? I just said that the WIP looked better. For example, the stock on the finished one looks like it's uncomfortable to use due to it's curve. I also dislike those holes to screw the rails on and stuff. I think it would look so much better without those. And you got rid of the BG-16 grip. Another thing that makes it look weird is the straight mag opposed to the curved one.

Snipes makes pretty good weapons, last one too (it needs adjustable cheek rest tho) what are you guys talking about.

It's not that it doesn't look good now. I just think it looked better when it was a WIP.
Also, Snipes, if I really didn't care about you and your guns, I wouldn't have drawn what I think looks better.
