Some sort of "SMG" AR-15, HK416 upper receiver is to act as a riser for the holosight.

just a tip for future reference, the magpuls are for getting the magazines out quicker by strapping one finger through, and the mount on a peq boxes is in the middle of it. pretty nifty though

Really liked the Magpul as the strap clip! IMO, using parts creatively to suit your needs is better than just making new parts out of shapes.
