As a teenager, all the way up to a year or two ago, it was no more than once every two days. Usually less often. Recently, it's usually once a day. I think it might be related to me starting to work out and change my diet around this time. My longest time going without is like 5 days, and my record within a 24-hour span is 3 times. But that only happened one day.

Usually twice a day. I have a fair amount of free time and a healthy libido. Sometimes I do it less or not at all, very rarely I will do it a few times in a day. When I was a teenager I used to do it a lot, that all changed though when I went blind and grew hair on my palms.
