No, its was a mod called "The institute" its on the front page of Fallout 3 Nexus right now.
I bought Warhammer 40K Dawn of War 2 Chaos rising without realising I need the original Dawn of War 2 to play most races and to play with my friends. I would be extremely greatful if anybody did gift me it.

Ah, well, check out Mothership Zeta Crew, it is another wonderful mod. It is fully voice acted, and sort of lip synced, they did their best on the lip syncing, but it is not quite bethesda standard.

I am DL'ing it as I type, I suggest you check out the "The Institute" mod, but first, I suggest you stock up on RadAway.

Yea, get alot of RadX and RadAway, also you'll find a pretty good radiation suit in the very beginning of the quest, so don't worry about that, but make sure you take it.
