I think you mean modified SIG 552 in both of those.
Having the stock and a handguard of an M4 or SPAS does not make it an M4 or SPAS, otherwise tacticool AK47s would be known as M4s.

I believe there was a commercial with something like that in it. It looked like this super complicated laser gun that deployed itself and expanded constantly, made loud whirring noises and spun around. And it only fired a banana.
