Someone explain me this: I have 2 ethernet cards in my pc, and whenever I change the cards by unplugging the cable from the card and plugging it back into another ethernet card, my rates go faster, see:

Those rates reset back to one of those rates above, so they last like 1 minute before reseting.
I wish I could keep those rates.
