You also have too many stars for the ISP rating, 6 instead of 5, and the ISP rating does not change from user to user at the same location. Also the chance of you being in the same location as the previous user and have an exponentially larger connection speeds makes it obvious. EDIT: Also, no service provider in the world offers those speeds. Its not possible. EDIT: Oh, and I forgot about the time stamp in the upper right corner, its exactly the same as the previous users. EDIT: And one last thing, its from a website called upurload.com
