Just realized that packaged ramen I've been eating for dinner for the past year, was actually 2 servings instead of 1.

If you're concerned about that, you should honestly be more concerned about what it may have done to your body over the last year. Health-wise, you could still look fine, but internally, you could have some problems. A sustained diet of ramen is not something you want to do.

I just cant help it with how cheap it is and how quick it is to prepare. With that being said I will look into the health side effects as now Im curious.
Well it's good to see that Ronda Rousey's wrestling career is already in jeopardy because of WWE creative's bad decision making.
a big part is it just gives you a metric fuckton of sodium and in general its not a very nutritious food
you shouldn't be too worried if its just a thing you have occasionally but if you're on a diet with it being the main thing you eat, you may want to cut back on it quite a bit
Pretty much this. While having it on occasion isn't a big deal like RichyZ said, having it every day as your dinner for a while can be a bit bad for your health from the sodium alone. Doing that for a year straight, however, can actually do a bit more damage.
Instead of ramen, you could possibly consider buying certain foods in bulk in order to make some larger meals in your free time. Doing so allows you to both prepare your dinner for the evening, as well as freeze any leftovers for later consumption without as much risk of having it spoil by the time you go to eat it. It'll be a bit more spendy than buying ramen, but if you can afford (and have the time) to do it, your body will thank you for it in the long run.

• I pull my scrotum to make a bat symbol.
• I pounded one out to a poster of Butch Cassidy.

The biggest offender of ramen is the packet that comes with it. You can boil the block of ramen and prepare it differently and it will be miles better
