Until the last week of January I was able to fall asleep at a reasonable hour and wake feeling fine. Since last week I've done nothing differently than then yet am back to not being able to sleep. Like, right now I have yet to fall asleep. It especially sucks as I was supposed to go grocery shopping later and as is by the time I get up it will probably be too late to get anything other than cold cuts.............. Also, for whatever reason my brother will not go. He's all for getting a lift to go shopping at Shop Rite for long term but walking up the block for incidentals/short term is beneath him.
I went to a game store last night and played some Magic The Gathering. It was commander night, and I wanted to try out my angel deck against people other than my friends.
I got focused down pretty hard and died first...
I kinda just wanna be lazy today
Gotta finish my Coffee and start uploading though

I haven't watched DBZ since Buu Saga, but the game looks pretty awesome

My interest for the show stemmed from bootleg tapes and then waaay later on when Cartoon Network was airing the show, so my viewing experience was sporadic and inconsistent to say the least. I did see a few episodes of GT a few years afterwards but by then I was watching stuff like Trigun, Hellsing, Vampire Hunter D etc. so it didn't hold as much interest for me as it once did.
If this games gets a 25% discount in the next 6 months though I'll probably pick it up (Need to watch my dosh for the time being). The engine really brings the characters and settings to life.
I watched most of the show on nicktoons. I think they aired the O.G funimation dub and not DBZ Kai

tbh i think the best way to enjoy dbz is to just jump in and enjoy the barely coherent ultra-macho ridiculousness
its not like the story is THAT deep, or like theres ever really a reason why theyre fighting besides “he is the bad and i will become stronger so i can punch him so hard he explodes”

i've never much cared about dbz honestly
never really appealed to me
i guess cause i didn't grow up watching it but to me the whole series is kinda ridiculous

It's up to personal preference, kai is shorter by like 30 eps or so and it's redrawn in HD but still has the original american voice cast (mostly)
Kai is a pretty good way to experience dragonball tbh.
