The more you do it, the less anxiety you'll get from it each time until you eventually have little to no problems speaking in front of others.
Unless you're like me, in which case you're basically petrified of speaking in front of others every time due to severe anxiety.

Not gonna lie, I'm still kind of annoyed they didn't go with the female Ash design for the release. It actually seems more fitting than the design we have now, but maybe that's just me.
