I've been doing a hybrid of the Uberman/Everyman sleep schedule in the past week due to work and wow my body is not happy about it. Hello weekend I'll take my REM sleep thanks.
But on the other hand bringing a sleeping bag to the office and sleeping under the table is fun. Its like camping but instead of worrying about bears and predators you worry about deadlines.
I am falling into literal depression.
I love sloths and I read story of Sebastian the Sloth (who died later on due to disease) and it makes me mad and sad.
I literally fall into depression I dont know how to counter it, he was given proper care and treatment but he died and it makes me super sad.
I've split my 25$ donation to concern to 3 different sloth saving/care foundations....
But every time I see or hear sloth - I feel sad about sebastian.
