never used pain.net before, but gimp lets you do this, but everyone hates gimp so idk

i think? the way to make an image pan avatar is simply to take the image, move it like a pixel in the direction i want, and then save it for every frame right
if that's the cause i could do that easy but it'll take a fuck long time
naw dawg, shift + arrows will skip a massive chunk of pixels, simply checking the animation every so often will make it nice and smoooth
this cough makes it really hard to fall asleep, fuck
