Your post just reminded me that I have a near mint condition Kiwi colored Gameboy Color and a Pokemon Blue cart of my own lying around at home. I wonder if my save file still works or the battery in the cart died out a long time ago. :thinking:

the cell died in my cart but I've replaced it since, the save was corrupted the first few times I started the cart but MIRACULOUSLY it worked fine for years, youngest sister overrode the save but hey, what can you do? I didn't have a complete pokedex or anything, I could probably try now seeing as how I've managed to collect a pokemon red cart as well.

I get frustrated with that since it usually means I have to relearn a lot of stuff I used to have down

My little sister was digging through my old electronics just now.
She got out my Game Boy Advance and asked me if the screen lit up. I told her no and told her how hard it was to play games in the dark or without glare.
