My brother and I are officially the owners of a small vial of dirt supposedly from the garden of the Adult Swim studio.
Yeah, when he has money my brother makes odd impulse purchases when given the opportunity. Two weeks ago he bought the vial of dirt, a signed Swap Shop calendar and I forget what else. Granted it's not like he's crippling us as he DOES only buy if the stuff is cheap. At most he has two fewer packs of cigarettes or we order pizza one less time if there are things he likes.
Also, he bought our nephew a Sealab shovel and pail. For fun on the beach come summer.
Intact, the myriad of stuff he has bought is starting to put us into wacky, fun uncle territory. Our nephew LOVES the(baby safe) stuff we put on the TV when we visit and loves us. We have fun nick knacks, are down on our luck, are overweight and even have an (ice)hatchet. We ARE Uncle Buck, almost.
