MattTheSpy came from the fact that 20 year old me was an un-creative fuck so I just combined my first name with my favorite TF2 class at the time.
InvalidVertex comes from Hammer Editor and the fact I'm an avid mapper.

But someone already taken this username and I tried to make it special, that's why I have 3 letters U in username. Dunno but I really liked how my username looks like with 3 U letters.

there was a carp in my Dwarf Fortress game that killed a couple dwarves and was called Zezibeth. When I used the name to register somewhere for the first time I misremembered it and typed it as Zezibesh instead. It's stuck sine then.
When I was a young lad, I wanted to register an account on the Nickelodeon website. My mother would call me Mister Mister as a nickname every now and again, so we decided to use that. However, the cap for usernames was ten letters so I dropped the last er, and became Mistermist. Been using it for everything ever since.

When I was making usernames for a lot of accounts, I was obsessed with a metal song, by a band named Toxik, named "Shotgun Logic", and, thus, named many things after [i]something[/i] involving a shotgun. '334' was probably whatever number rolled underneath my fingers most conveniently.
