Tell me a good reason why i should buy glod for you - General

I hope I'm not late to the glod party, but Garry changed the requirements from two years and two thousand posts to five years and one hundred posts when I was about halfway to gold. It really bummed me out. Then he changed it so you have to buy gold and I'd much rather receive it as some kind of Facepunch loyalty award or receive it as a gift rather than buying it and not feeling like I accomplished something in the process.

I have a lot of posts, I would of met half of the old gold requirements. Getting close to being here for two years

Even though the price for gold got reduced I just can't bring myself to spend money on a forum for a slightly bigger avatar and access to some ~exclusive~ board. But then again I am also curious to see what they post about there.
