Soju is one of the most interesting things i've ever put in my body. It goes down like water, is tasteless, and hits you like a fucking steamtrain. A bottle is $1 and there's four fridges full of it on every single convenience store on every single street corner in Korea.
Soju tastes sweet to me
what is the appeal of beer? is it the taste or is it just some social thing? ive never been able to enjoy it even when i wanted to, so im curious.
German beer > other beer

I do not drink much. I have one beer a day. At most. Sometimes I go without beer for months or weeks. I don't get hooked to things easily. I enjoy the taste I guess.
Against my heritage, I hate to drink beer. I can only drink stouts when I'm severely depressed and even then I begin to regret it. Most stuff is only good when ice cold and it doesn't taste like finely aged stagnant piss.
I didn't mind wheat ales once before, and one time I drank 5 pitchers of blue moon and proceeded to promptly die.

At first I hated it but I very quickly started liking the taste of it.

I live p much in the heart of the Belgian beer area, so my choice of beer, even in bars, is amazing
First beer I began to enjoy the taste of, still love it.

Guinness produced abroad that's bottled or canned is filled with nightmares, disappointment and piss.
Not literally though.

I don't think we can be sure about that now
Karjala beer, a bit nutty taste compared to other finnish lager beers. Good.

Although personally, I prefer Bell's Two Hearted Ale

pls...
german beer's only purpose is to be drinkable in large portions, nothing unique about them
Guinness is so flavorless though
german beer honestly sucks I don't get the hype. it's weak in flavor and alcohol content and it's lame
america and belgium tie for best beer, japan is a close second, canada third, and mexico, china, and australia tie for fourth
everything else is trash
e: I guess british beer can be ok, I definitely enjoy everything by samuel smith and boddington's is a nice smooth drink

Canadian beer is where it's at, unibroue for lyfe
mons is my favorite canadian brewery
Arrogant Bastard at the moment then I'm moving to Goose Ipa and then on to cheap shitty coors.

Not a big fan of most of their stuff myself. I tend to drink either Polish beer or Ontario craft.
Flying Monkeys Brewery has this lemonade beer that was absolutely fantastic, but they only sell it at events. I had it at last year's Toronto Craft Beer Fest, and I wish they sold it in stores because I'd buy a ton of it.
Guinness is so flavorless though
off the tap in a decent bar it can be really nice with a strangely, almost fruity, tang
it's never good anywhere else
I am drinking Negra Modelo right now
I just had 5 dale's pale ales, one of my favorites. there's not a single oscar blues brewery beer that I don't like.
Any pale lager. Heineken, Becks, Stella Artois etc
Harvey's brewery makes my besties.... Porter, blonde ale and the best old ale.

Anything dark or fruit beers.
Right now I've got a Magic Hat summer variety. Not bad, not my favorite though

Yesterday I had an Innus & Gunn and it was fucking delicious

I had this Founder's Rubaeus at a local restaurant and I can't find it in any liquor stores within 50 miles. It tasted like pure raspberries, though I don't think it's one of those beers you can have more than 1 of because of the sweetness
