Neapolitan milk stout. any one ever try it?
Neapolitan milk stout. any one ever try it?
Never heard of it but I looked it up and I want one now. Plus milk stouts are great.
Yuengling is also my go-to. I contend that it's the best taste:price ratio in a beer. It's so popular here that if you go into a bar and order a lager, you get a Yuengling.
Yuengling is balanced as fuck. Leagues more flavorful than something like Bud, but light enough to be refreshing. Not super weak or strong alcohol-wise. Mighty cheap. It's pretty much the best of all worlds.
It's not my favorite beer but it's definitely my staple.
I'm really surprised how many Yuengling drinkers there are here, now the real question is how many people also drink Tröegs?

they don't sell troegs around here.

I can't stand Yuengling lager, the Black & Tan is pretty decent though.
Im surprised and a little disappointed no one has mentioned this yet

I really like the taste of this beer. I would probably drink this all the time if it weren't for the fact it costs $15 or more for just a 4-pack. Although, 9.7% ABV helps make it a little more worth it

I've liked all the Ommegang's I've tried so far, though I don't think I've had that exact one yet. Also, I love beer in 750ml bottles. A night's drinking in one go!

You should definitely try it the next chance you get. It's their best one IMO.
Also, since we're talking about large containers, does anyone here like drinking from Growlers? They're 64 ounce(~1.9 liters) refillable jugs meant for beer. There is a place near me called AJ's Beer Warehouse that keeps about 40 different beers on tap specifically to fill growlers with. I'm probably gonna go there in an hour or two.

Yo you. Yeah you. Know that jalapeno beer you posted? I went to the store and got habanero ale instead.

Im sweating like a las vegas construction worker and crying like as baby.
I can't chug this shit. Its a sipping beer.

The other beers they got look great

Just cracked open a can of Kaiserdom Hefe-Weissbier, it's a cheap wheat beer that I usually pick up when I don't want to spend 2x the money on craft beer (which is expensive in finland as beers higher than 4.7% are only sold by government monopoly which taxes them to hell and back), but want something that's considerably tastier than piss-lager.
This stuff

I am gonna have to pick some of that up next time I need to refill my fridge, only habanero beer I have ever had was the shocktop Strawbanero which was strawberry habanero. Wasn't awful honestly.
I've come to the conclusion that my favorite type of beer are Belgian tripels. They're tasty and relatively light, but some how have 9-10% alcohol
modelo was my water when i was in mexico

Ballast point is an interesting brand. I've never had it but I'd like to try it. I saw it today at the store but there was only one (Victory At Sea) but the store only allowed sales in a 6-pack and nothing else looked exiting enough to justify the 10 dollar price for a 6 pack, so I got Dos Equis instead. (which was 9 bucks anyway:saddowns:)
I can admire a brand that bases itself on the Sea, if nothing else.
Maybe some day.
I can tell they use pepper oil or extract in it. I was able to buy a single.
It good quality despite the spiciness. I might try their other stuff.

I've got one more Ommegang Rosetta Cherry Ale in the fridge. By far my favorite from them.
german beer honestly sucks I don't get the hype. it's weak in flavor and alcohol content and it's lame
america and belgium tie for best beer, japan is a close second, canada third, and mexico, china, and australia tie for fourth
everything else is trash
e: I guess british beer can be ok, I definitely enjoy everything by samuel smith and boddington's is a nice smooth drink
German beer is great, what are you on about? Even better with German food.
