Wheat beer is the shit. European wheat beer that is, none of that citrus water tasting american stuff.
Franziskaner is my favourite, had one of those yesterday and some other pale lagers and stuff.
you gotta try Lazy Magnolia's Indian Summer or Lagunitas Little Sumpin' Sumpin'
also Sierra Nevada Kellerweis, but I haven't seen it in a long time
Those seem interesting, will try if I get a chance to do so. I'm not a big fan of ales though.
I drank 4.5L of warn Heiny out of the mini-kegs they sell. It was disgusting.
Join the club, did the same last year and fell asleep on the bathroom floor, I swear 60% of those kegs is foam.

the only beer i can drink (although i've only had half a bottle due to me getting nauseous from alcohol), others just make me retch after tasting liquid crispbread
I don't like beer all that much. I can down 'em fine, even for thirst, but nah...
But if those bottles aren't classy as fuck then I don't know what is.

For good beer though- I really like Sweetwater, especially Take Two. As an Atlanta native, it's never in short supply. Love this stuff.

Alright I got myself 6 different wheat beers (and one lager for reference) I already know I like the two on the right, and I have tried Erdinger Weissbier before, but I'll let you guys know which one I like the most and the one I like the least.

Wheat beers have the best looking bottles
idk i just never really got into them. Any suggestions?
Petrus Aged Red or Ale are good starters. Monks Cafe, and Rodenbach Classic are a bit lighter on sour taste. duchesse de bourgogne and Rodenbach Grand Cru are suuuuuper sour tasting but are my favorites. Kasteel Rouge is my all time favorite. More cherry taste with hints of sour fruit. All run about $10 for a large bottle
Some of my favorites in no particular order.

Wheat beers have the best looking bottles
Okay let's just start off with mentioning that I have only had a single meal today. So the first two from the right, Störtebeker and Franziskaner I know are really amazing. I haven't had those bottles yet, so let's go with the other four.
1. Weihenstephaner
It had a lighter texture and a very fresh but still pleasant taste.
2. Schneider Weisse
It had a very cold fruity taste at first but a dark aftertaste.
3. Erdinger Dunkel
It tasted like any ordinary dark beer you would have, but it's wheat beer character made it a lot easier to drink and enjoy.
4. Erdinger Weissbier
Tastes less like a wheat beer and more like a regular lager, but still not so far off to not be very tasty.
Now I shall go maybe possibly drink the others or perhaps pass out in bed, we shall see but in either case wheat beer is great try it out goodnight
I've seen this many times around here. How is it?
Its over 9% alcohol, but you wouldn't be able to tell unless you looked at the side of the bottle. Its got loads of flavor with a similar sweetness that wheat beers have but with a brief, mildly bitter after taste to remind you it means business.
Between the amazing taste and the high alcohol content its a great beer for when you want quality over quantity, but still want to get really drunk off a relatively small volume of money and liquid. Usually I'll drink a 4-pack of these and maybe one more beer to supplement and I'm good for the night.
[editline]9th May 2016[/editline]
Oh yeah, it costs about $12-$13 for a 4-pack where I live, but it gets cheaper the closer you are to Quebec
So I've got a dozen or so europeans coming to work for me this summer. What American beer should I buy for them for our parties? I've already got Yuengling on the list
[editline]11th May 2016[/editline]
Also they're Czech, Slovakian and Ukranian mostly, so I have to compete with Pilsner
