Earphones. Like earbuds, but they have a little plastic thing going around the back of your ear so they don't fall out.
ear-buds
if i had worthy head-phones i'd listen to them, only at home though lol
HUGE headphones. I wear tight glasses, so if I'm wearing uncomfortable headphones, it presses and makes a mark that will stay for 2 days.
earphones, i used to like headphones more but when i got an ipod i started getting used to earphones. now i mainly use sound isolating earbuds.
I love bass and quality, but i don't like it when someone can hear my music, because i hate it when i hear someone else's. Plus i like the convenience of being able to put both my ipod and headphones in my pocket. i wouldn't want to carry headphones around my neck all day.. especially at work or something.
Headphones, they make to where less noise escapes.
Headphones are way better but aren't as convenient and you cant share them with friends, but i still prefer them for their better quality and experience.

Headphones make u look like a retard
thats why I use my earbuds in public.
Earbuds drive me nuts. They don't have any bass or trebel, they clip easy(That is to say, make the music sound like ass easily), they're uncomfortable to wear and they make you look like an idiot when you start singing long.
Headphones are a must if I'm not to use speakers. :D
I did use earbuds in high school, for their covertness. They can be hidden well, and my school was pretty nazi about electronics.
Headphones mang.
I prefer headphones, although the pair I'd been using broke, and so I'm stuck with earbuds because of the convenience... Although I must say, earbuds are 10 times easier to lose if you're not careful or just stressed out.
Headphone for gaming since I like to use a mic in competitive matches and such. I then use earbuds when i'm out and about so I don't look like a dork.
Headphones.
Earbuds. You can get decent sounded earbuds that rival the quality of a decent headset but usually come with a heafty price tag to compensate. I don't mess about when it comes to sound quality so i'm always cautious when making a purchase.
Definitely headphones. And I can't stand shitty iPod earbuds. I don't know how people don't just throw those away.

Headphones of choice: Sony MDR-V150. They're supposed to be for studio monitors, and they come with like a 6 foot cord and a 1/4" jack adapter. Best $15 I've ever spent.
If I have to be discrete or exercise or whatever, I go with earbuds with those silicone parts in em. These ones.

Before you start your Skullcandy bashing, I only bought them because they were on clearance for $7, and I needed earbuds.
