Wasps
I'm fine with bumblebees, they do nothing but buzz around making flowers, and honey-bees make my toast taste good.
But wasps? No, just no. They are mindless, brutal, killing machines. They have no other point in life then other swoop down and mutilate other living things. They are truly terrifying.
I felt something nibbling on my toes when I was in bed one night

Turns out it was one of these
I'm not sure what the exact fear is. Whether it's just a fear of drowning or a complete fear of bodies of water. I won't go on boats and I hate even going near places with deep water.
Other than that:
Fish
Insects
Spiders
All of the following, and also the thought that any of the following may happen, make me paralyzed with fear and anxiety, I had to nearly 7 years ago quit school because of most of these!:
- People seeing my arms or legs.
- People seeing the back of my hands.
- People seeing me with my hair messed up.
- People seeing me when a pimple has a whitehead
- People seeing me without a shave.
- People seeing me with my eyebrows not done.
- Meeting people IRL.
- People I don't know really well hearing my voice over a speaker or recording, you couldn't get me to talk on mic if you held a gun to my head.

*shoots it with a rocket launcher*
There. It is dead. Don't bring a beagle at me, I'll shoot it with the laser I have in space.

You can't be afraid of ALL animals right?
I mean, humans are animals too, so what if you look in the mirror? What about porn?

OK, what is the right word? I'm afraid of animals but not from humans.
But a human with something to kill you with is scary too.
"Industrial" anything.

I remember that once my father walked barefoot in one of those, his face and the way he jumped around was fucking priceless.
Moths
I wouldn't class it as a phobia, but the way they flutter about looking all dirty and stuff just rubs me the wrong way.
Dark deep waters scare me absolutely shitless
Losing my mind entirely and going into psychosis
I have a fear of basically anything at eye level (it is horrid when I walk through a clothing section with all those metal rods at my eyes) and furniture corners because I am always afraid it will jab me in the eye, it always makes my eyes so uncomfortable.
[editline]18th August 2012[/editline]
And I have a massive fear of death too, I can't really place it but I am an atheist and the idea of nothing scares me. I have tried to get into religion several times with a hope that I might think a place after death is real to no avail.
I'm afraid of being forgotten. After I die, if nobody remembers me or anything that I've done, even the very thought of that makes me depressed and scared because it makes me feel like it wouldn't have mattered two shits had I lived or not.
It's also a motivator to do something people will remember and most of all, something that mankind couldn't progress without. Something like an act or a discovery. Discoveries can be made by anyone, though. If I wouldn't do it, someone else would've. Still, if I'd find something absolutely revolutionary that would remove a lot of limits humans have, I'd be content with dying anytime afterwards since it'd have been me to help people, not anyone else.
It's hard to explain, I just want to do something useful with my life. Something people will find to be indispensable or at the very least helpful in their lives. If I can't do that, I might as well just be another burden.
ANTS.

Also tapeworms HOLY SHIT
Crocodiles (I had a dream about them once and have been scared since), and the ocean, but only if I am way away from the shore. Also, yes, I have seen that episode of Adventure Time. :v:

I used to pet these when I was a kid. I was never stung.
I only have rational fears. I'm not afraid of monsters, spiders, heights, or dangerous things that I don't see every day.
I guess I have a bit of a fear of donkeys. Well. Not a phobia. I mean sometimes I pet donkeys and do just fine, I don't go mad when I see one, I can tolerate everything about them. But I won't feed one again. Last time I did, I was like 6, and the fucker tried to bite my shoulder off. Never again.
Being caught in the act of running away from somebody dangerous.
Food. I am not going to type out another 6 paragraphs explaining how and why, so have what I posted in the FP Medical Thread.
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but Ive discovered fairly recently I have Cibiophobia. To sum it up in a sentence, I have a fear of food. Not all food, but enough for it to be a pretty serious problem.
First of all (and this is the most normal part), I cannot eat Fruits, Vegetables, Sandwiches, food such as pickels, and other similar food. I hate cold food. Cheese strings, those single sausages you get in green packets, and any meat like ham served cold. If at first glance I don't like the look of food, it takes a miracle for me to try it. I have never eaten Chinese or Indian food in my entire life for this reason. Ill come to this a bit more later, but I physically cannot even try some foods. Its like my mind rejects me as I try to think about eating something like fruit or vegetables.
Second of all, having the foods I don't like in my presence causes a sometimes painful but always awkward physical reaction. Noone has told me they have noticed it happen. Basically, my muscles lock up and freeze for a second, my nerves buzz and my back aches. My mouth goes dry and I feel like I want to vomit. Most often its things like Banana skins, fruits like Cucumber, tomatoes, Sandwiches with cold meat in and things like pickel, mayonaisse and butter.
Thirdly, it makes social encounters unbearable. I stick out and look like an idiot when I can't eat Indian, Chinese or anything resembling a meal at Subway and British pubs with traditionalist menu's. (like Sunday Roast) Its especially bad when I have to ask waiters at resturants exactly what is in every meal because one small lump of salad can ruin an entire meal. Ive been called an anorexic. As one of my friends jokes, "its like a selection of knotted string". I am incredibly skinny as you probably just gathered. There is no short selection of comments on that I have had to stand and listen to. When I look down I can't see it, but when I look in the mirror I can see my rib cage somewhat clearly. (without clothes). As can my friends.
Fourth, I have a fast metabolism. I can eat shitloads of junk food at times, Ive tried muscle powder and vitamin tablets which have helped in no way. My palette of foods consists of Potato (and all foods under that category, except jacket and similar ones), Ravioli, Beans, Pizza, Chicken Nuggets, some fish (mostly Cod, not Salmon) served in batter, Burgers, Bacon and Sausages off the top of my head. That is pretty much all "proper food" if you can even call it that, that I eat.
Its pretty much made my life extremely hard, on top of other issues. It seems to get worse over time. The physical reaction took a while to manifest, and the dried mouth/wanting to vomit occurred just after January.
I fear fear itself...
Its wierd...
I hate that feeling but never feels it really
water of which i can't see the bottom
seaweed and underwater creatures
insects, mainly spiders, mosquitos, wasps/bees and worms/maggots
mould, I can't fucking go near it
needles
elevators
Fear of buoys, deep water, seaweed, and any sea-creature that isn't a fish or dolphin.
