Sorry, I've taken anatomy through college and I approve that posture. The reason she looks so odd is because those are low-rise jeans so thetop ends practically halfway up her ass, so there's a bit of back-curve before the pant line. Also, due to the lack of restriction, her lower stomach (which will still portrude on skinnier women when leaning forward and allowing gravity to work) is curving out, causing an odd looking stomach line which makes it seem like her back is bent more than it actually is.
As for her upper half, the boobs, when she leans forward, will 'hang' in one way or another (depending on how her bra and shirt allow), and at the right posture they will appear to be forward more as if she was in a standing position rather than leaning forward, and thus she looks MUCH more bent at the spine than she actually is, albeit she is still probably bending back to her limit.
