They took away the mindless action and massive demon hordes; boiling it down to few creatures at a time and shoddy horror, along with levels so linear that they make the original game look like an open ended adventure. It wasn't bad, don't get me wrong, it was nothing like the originals. I'd rather have the old game HD, like what happened with Serious Sam.
