Yep. It's one huge-ass universe out there. It's not certain that it's the only one either.
So much is uncertain. The universe is too colossal, we can't even see all of it because the light would take more time to reach us that the universe has so far existed. There's plenty of room for more, it's hard not to imagine one without at least microbial life hidden somewhere.
I'd give a vital organ to meet them too.
I don't believe in any of the footage we have of "aliens". But I do believe in life out there.
