Looks good, but during a game my ping will suddenly spike and reach 1000 - 2000 and stay like that for hours. I've contacted Virgin about it and they won't do anything.

looks decent, but in Left 4 Dead 2 I always, ALWAYS, get 100-200 Ping, although occasionally I'll get a 800Kb-1.5MB/s download.
