Randomly drops connection, youtube doesn't load anymore, they add extra fees to your bills, they will not repair their lines if it goes out, and there upload and powerboost is shit. I want to fucking kill charter. My parents hate it and everybody else around hates them as well but there are NO OTHER INTERNET COMPANIES HERE.

Get the FUCK away from shitty optus, Move to TPG. 100gb on peak and 100gb off peak for like $80 a month and you get capped down to 2mbit. For ADSL2+, They also have an unlimited adsl2 plan for $75 a month.
