Drink and abuse your loved ones.
Eat chocolate .
I know how you feel, a month ago I heard a crying sound outside my door and saw one of my cats, poor thing got hit by a car. Had to bury him an hour later. I usually listen to music really loud and play video games.

I'm sorry about your cat. I've had my cat put down before too, when I was younger. It was heartbreaking because I was only about 9 or 10. She looked a lot like yours. She was a black cat. I have a black cat now but this one is a boy. He's cool. Anyway, when I'm sad I like to have a nice cry. It feels good to let it out and really can make a person feel a lot better.

You've made it worse, even for me, even though I'm not the guy going through that. But that's just me...
Work out. It's the best for self-esteem and making you feel better.
So many people are going to play with their cats now and love it all they can while they still can. At least you can know that you made people realize how much they love their cats.
