An M-16 set to single fire with a hunting rifle scope mounted on it, either a Glock 17 or some other 9mm handgun. Also a titanium crowbar. It would be lightweight, strong, and useful for smashing doors open when I'm not smashing zombie's skulls.
When choosing a firearm, you got to choose one that has lots of ammo available for it.
