When a person uses a picture of a meme as their profile picture. God, that makes me cringe so much.
When a person posts these meaningless attacks on people as status updates. Such as:

But they never say who, or what they were saying that to. The most redundant thing I've ever seen on FaceBook.
Also the fact that any time a girl posts a photo as a status update, 97% of the time it has her or a friend in it with a duckface. Shit just grills me
When egotistical people constantly feel the need to post their - often incorrect and myopic - views on world matters, that they have absolutely no knowledge about, and you cant be bothered to argue with them.
