Thank fuck.
Dynamic shadows.
while fast travel is very handy i thought it awesome travelling using signs and the map to get to places. I was annoyed that when I discovered it I couldn't not use it even though I enjoyed travelling on foot :v:
Dynamic shadows as confirmed by Bethesda staff.

I want to see a fast travel system similar to Morrowinds. It's not so tempting to just zip everywhere and it's immersive.

dammit

oh cool they didn't spend all of their budget on 5 minutes of lines from patrick stewart
There are 18 skills.
it was worth it though
Also, shield bashing.
the patrick stewart.
Also what was the fast travel in morrowind like? I have it but I've never played it for some reason :|
Awww, no 2-handed, and melee combined into one skill?
I just hope they keep the dark-brotherhood in it. Give me some quests in which I can properly sneak about and get the bonus without whoring invisibility in its various forms.
I like how morrowind did it, it's nice to have the option of traveling quickly but the fact that there's designated locations you have to go to for it stops you from using it every single time you wanna travel
[QUOTE=mikeyt493;27267140]the patrick stewart.

You can't just click on the map and teleport there. You had to pay to travel by boat, Silt Strider, or be teleported by a Mage's Guild member. There were also a couple of spells/scrolls that allowed for teleportation.

There is some form of level-scaling.

ugggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh
"oh no a mudcrab I'm level 20 I should be able to handle it in one hit
right
right?!?!
RIGHT?????"
I don't think it's going to be a copy of Oblivion's scaling system though.
Hey, know what I just figured out?
If you eat a banana after washing your teeth, it tastes somewhat like beer.
Is it just me?
TESV is gonna be amazing. I hope they have diagonal running/walking animations.
they said improved 3rd person so I assume they addressed that lol, also new engine I believe.

I missed that I guess, I skipped some text in the articles.
Great success. Got my conversation.
Halo: Reach
Dead Rising 2
NFS: Hot pursuit (the new one)
Dead Space (and possibly 2)
Star Ocean: The Last Hope
How's that list so far? I'm compiling a list of games I'm gonna get when I get some birthday monies.
