Fuck Linux, worst operating system ever. Mac has more support and looks better. Windows is better in every way.
What linux have that neither Windows or Mac OS has: It's free.

You know what, fuck you. You don't know anything. Especially considering that Mac OS X is based on the BSD kernel, and can be treated as Linux with a custom GUI and limited driver selection.
That command demonstrates as much, considering it references a command that doesn't exist on Linux, using a path system that doesn't exist on anything but Windows and DOS.
You're just a troll, and an obvious one at that. You may as well have misspelled Linux, you were trolling so hard.
Fuck Linux, worst operating system ever.
Aww, are you sad because you couldn't get Ubuntu running?

del C:\linux

Not a Linux command
ls -R / | grep porn > ~/filelist.txt ; less ~/filelist.txt
Now, are you going to run it, or not?

Doesn't necessarily mean it's slow 100% of the time.

What's wrong with Gnome? Really it's up to personal preference.
Real Men(c) do it on the command line.
pacman -S xorg
pacman -S fluxbox

For non-linuxers, everything crashed because of:

The machine is now completely unresponsive. (Also, I have even more class and work than I was initially expecting, so maintaining a shitpost won't be that easy. If someone wants to repeat the experiment, go ahead.)

Didn't work, but it's a clean install, you wouldn't have found anything.
cd /home/(username)

You're already there, also, the username is before the @ in the prompt, so you already know your username, and the ~ is the name of the folder, and ~ means /home/(user)
lol DE wars
Seriously, who gives a damn, also, how would any DE slow down a system that isn't running one (notice the prompt and no visible GUI?)

I lol'd.
Thanks for the participation, I might try running a script that passes text from forum threads into bash and run that some day, as an experiment, but I'll have to find a way to keep things free enough to be fun, yet restricted enough to avoid lockups due to infinite loop code.
I'll check back sometimes, and if I see any nice commands I'll pass them through.

I know, I do Linux sys. engineering for a living.

Welcome to the wonderful world of fork bombs.
You could have stopped it by doing Ctrl+C, AFAIK.
I know, I do Linux sys. engineering for a living.
Seriously? I probs wouldn't hire you, since you obviously don't know the prompt.
Welcome to the wonderful world of fork bombs.

Yeah, except I tabbed away from the terminal, and the system locked up before I could tab back, so I had to reboot. Didn't lose anything though, I wasn't going to try experimental commands with unsaved stuff open anyway...
What's the point of letting us run around your computer if it's a clean install, nothing interesting, and you're filtering out evil commands? Once I do one last round of tightening up my system, I'll do my own thread, of access to an in-use machine.
Oh well.
sudo ping -f -i 0 -b 255.255.255.255
Real men run Openbox.

I wasn't looking at the last post showing the prompt, which is why I posted what I did. I've been doing this for seven years, I think I know my way around kid.
Now, next...
rpm -qa > rpm.txt
cat rpm.txt
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/hda
