I don't get it, aren't companies required by law to make up for the difference in case tips aren't enough to make minimum wage? What's the point of tips then?

The fact that waiters have to have some dumb unique little type of payment system just to justify their current wages is stupid. Why the fuck shouldn't they just get paid regularly?

The reason people tip in the first place, other than common courtesy, is because waiters and waitresses make fuck all money off of wages alone. Minimum wage is a whole other topic that is actually really conflicting.

I always tip 15-20 percent, and thats generally never more than 5 dollars or so. Most of the time, my waiter is a lovely person, and if they are doing their jobs I won't think twice about giving them some well deserved money.

I've disabled avatars and removed titles and the website has improved 5%. It is my unpopular opinion that they are as obnoxious as signatures.

Undertale is currently the best game ever made, in my opinion obviously there are thousands of games but I've yet to see a better one so for now it holds that position in my mind
